Honda Drops Jaws With New Civic Concept; Type-R Coming Stateside

It’s the news enthusiasts have all been waiting for— Honda is bringing the Civic Type-R to the U.S. for the first time ever. But more importantly, the Honda Civic Concept you see here introduces the world to a new global Civic— meaning the U.S. and Europe finally get the same car. Hurrah! Honda says it’s “the return of the sporty Civic,” and it will feature a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine and a manual or CVT gearbox. Naturally, the car will come in coupe, sedan, Si, and Type-R flavors. All of which sound delicious.
