Watch a Suspected Drunk Driver Terrifyingly Pass Out on the Highway

If you have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, you might not want to watch this video. I have neither and still felt like I was going to have an anxiety or heart attack (or both) at the same time. An allegedly intoxicated driver passed out in her car on a the San Diego 805 freeway this weekend and stopped right in the middle of the road. After calling 911, ABC10 journalist Paul Anderegg noticed the stopped car, pulled over and unsuccessfully tried to wake 25-year-old Amber McKinney up. California Highway Patrol eventually arrived and also unsuccessfully tried to wake her. That's when her foot came off the brake, and the car started to roll down the road. An open bottle of vodka, as well as other drinks, were found inside the vehicle, but luckily, nobody crashed into the car, and nobody was injured. McKinney was arrested and put in jail that evening.
