Own An Up-and-Coming Racer's Old Pro-2 Race Truck

We tend to pay attention to old “For Sale” ads here at Bold Ride. Partly because we love buying cars we don't know how to fix, and partly because we love getting grease under our fingernails. But if we had a chance to own something we surely don't know how to fix and/or drive, it would probably be this. This is Bryce Menzies 2008 Pro-2 rig that competed in the Lucas Oil Off-Road Series. For those of you that don’t know the name, Bryce is probably one of the biggest up-and-coming stars in the off roading community. He’s done Baja, Dakar, Mint 400, and obviously, the Lucas Oil Series. He was also crowned champion at this month’s Red Bull Frozen Rush ice race. Suffice it to say, he’s a damn good driver, and now you could pretend you’re him with your very off road race truck! RELATED: Watch As We Toss Around Some Ford Fiesta Rally Cars in the Snow The parts list on this rig are the stuff of legend. A Ford 434 coupled to a turbo 400 transmission. Chromally chassis legal for both TORC and LOORRS Series. And full Fox Shox all way around. It’s epic, and if we all had the cash, we’d make it our new company car. Just imagine Bold Ride stickers all the way around. Unfortunately, $150,000 is a bit steep for our budget, but maybe not for you. If you’re interested, you can contact the crew for more information.
