Beautiful Wooden Bugatti Veyron Can Be Yours for Cheap
The Bugatti Veyron is undeniably an incredible car. It's also one most of us would have in our driveways if we only had pockets deep enough to afford it. Instead of remortgaging the house, you could try this replica that's a heck of a lot more affordable. This 1:1 scale replica of a Veyron was created entirely from teak wood scraps and it costs 40 million Indonesian rupiah. That sounds like a lot, but it works out to a very reasonable $3,323, which won't require remortgaging anything. RELATED: Marvel at the Stunning 2014 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Merveilleux Edition
The wooden Bugatti was built at Boyolali, Central Java in Indonesia by a workshop that specializes in creating this type of wooden replica. They've previously made a 1:1 scale replica of a Mercedes-Benz 300SL and various motorcycles.
This particular replica is being made on commission for a buyer in Germany so it's destined for Europe when it's complete. It's not just an exterior shell, either, but a complete car. Shop owner Mr. Eko Lukistyanto told CarScoops that the interior is as fully detailed as the exterior.

There is also a working steering wheel and shifter and it has pedals and seats just like the real deal. Now, if they could just find a way to replicate the Bugatti's engine and make it work, this thing would be an absolute steal.
