McLaren or Ferrari? Ferrari or McLaren? It would seem that this question is more relevant today than it’s ever been. Replacing the outgoing MP4-12C, the new McLaren 650S brings to the table more power, arguably better looks, and a bit more precision. Of the two, the 650S is the more powerful, and cheaper, but it is a little bit heavier than the Ferrari.
Ferrari 458 Speciale
What do you buy the man that has a 458? A 485 Speciale, obviously. A hotted up version of one of Ferrari's best selling cars, the 458 Speciale comes with 597 horsepower, a lighter weight, and a more track-focused suspension. It rings in closer to $300K than the McLaren does, but, you're getting a long line of Ferrari history to go along with it.
