Jeremy Clarkson in a Nissan GT-R vs Track Star [w/Video]
Purely in the interest of science and the advancement of automotive engineering as we know it, Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson got behind the wheel of a Nissan GT-R to see if he could beat Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke in just her running shoes. This makes perfect sense, as it was all a part of Top Gear Festival Sydney, so who else where they going to get to take the challenge? PHOTOS: See More of the 2014 Nissan GT-R
Clearly, the world needs to know if a 485-horsepower car has what it takes to beat a world-class hurdler in a 50 meter sprint because, somewhere, there's an engineer who is completely stumped about how to go about designing his next car until this question is answered. Leave it to Clarkson then, to take one for the team and answer the question.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the stunning Jenneke and her very unique warm-up routine that involves a lot of bouncing. It also has absolutely nothing to do with the bikini top and short-shorts that Jenneke is sporting. Jeremy Clarkson is a serious automotive journalist not at all known for having a bit of fun and taking advantage of ready eye candy.
See, it was all in the name of science, people!
