Bugatti Veyron 1 of 1 Proves they Aren't Done Yet: Pebble Beach
We figured the six rarified Bugatti Veyron Legends Editions on display at last weekend’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance would conclude Bugatti’s limited run of bespoke and one-off vehicles. But we were wrong. With the paint barely dry on the latest Ettore Bugatti Legends Edition, the firm decided to showcase yet another exclusive supercar – the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse 1 of 1. Guess how many they plan on building... PHOTOS: See More of the 2015 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Roadster One of One
Created at the request of a customer from Singapore (presumably a big fan of ratios), the 1 of 1 revives a styling cue from early in the Bugatti lineage – the firm’s signature black and yellow paint, which Ettore Bugatti and his son Jean adorned to a number of cars, including the Type 44 Royale seen here.
The black and yellow theme continues inside as well. The opulent leather interior is fashioned in black, as is the deep-black carbon instrument panel. Yellow decorative stitching embellishes the steering wheel, seats, and gear selector. Inside, the new owner won’t soon forget Bugatti’s racing successes, as there’s a sketch of the Type 35 racecar etched into the carbon center console.
While you might not notice it at first, or at all honestly, Bugatti experimented on a new grille insert for the 1 of 1. The design integrates the customer’s initials, ‘PL’, into the grille weave using laser cutting – a process that took more than 200 hours. Talk about bespoke treatment.

Considering this Bugatt 1 of 1 is based on the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, it packs the same quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine, capable of propelling the new owner all the way up to 254 mph. No price has been revealed, but one could expect a price tag inching close to the $3 million mark.
