Zach Snyder Teases Next Batmobile
If you’re still feeling miffed by the fact that Ben Affleck will be playing the next Batman, this news might make you a little more eager about waiting for Batman vs. Superman to hit theaters... you know, just in case Gal Gadot playing Wonder Woman wasn't already enough. Zach Snyder, the director of the movie, just released the first teaser image of the next-gen Batmobile with the promise that the full car will be unveiled very soon. Taking a page right out of the book of some automakers, Snyder gives us just a little peek at the new Batmobile on Twitter. From what little we can tell about Snyder's Batmobile, it should pull from influences of the most recent modes of transportation for “the Caped Crusader.” SEE ALSO: Batman Tumbler visits Jay Leno’s Garage

From the back, this new Batmobile reveals the ultra-wide, partially exposed tires similar to the military assault vehicle look of the Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy starring Christian Bale. It’s the rest of the car that could be more intriguing, though, as the obscured part of this vehicle appears to be long and slender like the comic-like Batmobile from the Tim Burton/Joel Schumacher Batman movies with Michael Keaton and Val Kilmer sharing the leading role.
