95 Famous Race Tracks in one Epic Graphic
If you are a pretty avid race fan, you can tell which track is which, just by looking at the map (well, except for NASCAR, which are all mostly ovals). Typically, you can spot the really famous ones, like Circuit de la Sarthe– home to the 24 Hours of Le Mans– and the infamous Nurburgring. But it is hard to fathom the size of these tracks, in context to teach other…until now. This graphic, created by Matt Dunlop, painstakingly shoehorns 95 of the most iconic race tracks on to one image. All the tracks are in relative scale, giving a fantastic and new way of looking at some of your favorite race venues. I had to look through for a while before I could find my beloved Lime Rock Park (below). All other 94 tracks are wrapped up by the Snaefell Mountain Course, the circuit used for the Isle of Man TT.
