Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

We’re more than ready for this year’s Geneva Motor Show. And that’s good news, because it seems like every automaker has pulled something out from under a sheet and prepared to show it off. From the speed demons to the city dwellers, and from the supercars to the not-so-super-cars, here’s what you can expect at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show:

ABT Volkswagen Golf VII R

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

ABT transformed a standard Golf R into a 370 horsepower pocket rocket. We like this a lot.

Audi S1 Sportback

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Another pocket rocket — Audi revived the S1 nameplate for Geneva. This hot hatch comes with 230 horsepower from a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. And of course it has all-wheel drive.

Arash AF8

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

A car with the heart of a Corvette and the face of a supermodel. The AF8 is the latest ride to come from supercar manufacturer Arash out of the UK.

Ferrari California T

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Ferrari’s convertible California will get a fresher face when it hits the floor in Geneva. As the name suggests, it will use turbocharging and a downsized V8 to deliver the same power with improved efficiency.

Ford Focus/Turnier

Lexus RC F GT3 Concept

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Lexus is ready to go racing with its new RC F — and it looks good sporting a GT3 body kit. Under the hood is a snarling V8 good for 540 horsepower.

Mazda Hazumi

McLaren 650S

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

P1 in the front, 12C in the back — the McLaren 650S is a mixture of the automaker’s sporty coupes. The 650S comes with 641 horsepower and even a return of 24 MPG in Europe.

Range Rover Evoque Autobiography Dynamic

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Range Rover's Evoque gets some minor aesthetic enhancements, including new paint schemes and a 281-horsepower engine.

Rinspeed XchangE Concept

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Going green(er), the Volkswagen GTE electric hatchback will have the same horsepower, and same fun found in the standard GTI. Sign us up.

Volvo Concept Estate

Geneva Motor Show: 15 Rides to Expect

Volvo's trifecta of sexy concepts comes full-circle with the gorgeous Concept Estate. A wagon-ized version of the Concept Coupe we saw late last year, this is a Wagon we can get behind.
