McLaren Already Planning P1 Successor
It's only been like what- a couple months since the P1 has actually been a thing? And now McLaren already says it is planning on building a new one. Here's to forward thinking, I guess. With 250 of the original 375 P1's already sold (believe it or not) McLaren marketing boss Greg Levine told Autocar that that the P1 "will maintain its status as the best super sports car the world has ever seen until a successor is built."
As McLaren continues to sell out of P1s like hot cakes, Levine also stated that they've had "30 or so cars full specced by the customers so far, and the desire to make each car more individual has been noticeable." With the McLaren team continuing to finish up work on P1 sales as of present, we're not entirely sure what we can expect in a successor just yet. But considering it's still 10 years off, it should be damn awesome. PHOTOS: See more of the McLaren P1
