Finland Invents New Form of Motorsport

You can tell a lot about a country by its main export. Columbia exports cocaine, the U.S exports justice and freedom while Finland’s main export is crazy. As far as we know, the population of Finland is made up of expert Rally drivers, championship-winning F1 drivers and the Dudesons. This biological ratio of motorsport and personal appetite for mayhem benefits not only the Fins, but also the rest of the world. Case and point; Finnish Crosskart Challenge. A few brilliant Fins bolted a GSXR 750 engine into the back of a small dune buggy, added snow tires and started racing them through what I assume is a standard Finnish neighborhood.
Nothing sounds quite like a motorcycle engine being beaten to within an inch of its life mid-drift at triple digit speeds… Here’s hoping the rest of the world catches on.
