2013 Detroit Auto Show: Top Five Rides From The Motor City
Back in December BMW released the officials on this radical new Bavarian. The 4-Series was set to replace the aging 3-Series in terms of model placement and looks. We just hope it comes with a six-speed and a flat-6, because that would be just swell.
Sigh; yet another Audi that we just can't stop gawking over. At least for us, we do get the all-new RS 7 stateside, although technically, it's going to cost you an arm and a leg, and maybe some fingers...and your dog. Either way, totally hot.
3. Shelby GT500 Super Snake Widebody
Shelby is definitely back with their latest GT500 Super Snake Widebody. Along with a quirky little Focus ST, Shelby delivered in Detroit with this 850-hp wide-bodied monster from the heavens. Topped off with a red and black pin striping theme, this Super Snake is more like super awesome.
2. Acura NSX Concept
Now, while we know this really isn't the first time we've seen Acura's latest halo car, it is the first time we've seen it looking this damn good. For one, Acura graced us with a sexy red leather interior, and secondly, some new wheels and new edges. It's even sexier than before, which we thought was pretty much impossible.
I think we all saw this 1 coming (get it?); the all-new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is not just some reveal, it is the reveal of the auto show season; the whole shebangabang. Sharper lines, better looks and a 6.2L 450-hp V8 that gets 26 mpg. I mean, why would you ever drive anything else, really...
