Chevrolet Introduces Hot Wheels Edition Camaro for the Kid in all of Us
adults children, the idea of a life-size Hot Wheels was something that floated around our tiny little brains constantly as we scooted around on our bellies with these die-casts for hours at a time. Being behind the wheel of a flamed covered, highly-futuristic, 1 million MPH machine was the single greatest thing ever imaginable.
Thankfully, as the design team over at Hot Wheels are exactly as awesome as we would imagine they are, together with Chevy, they put together a special edition Hot Wheels Camaro. Do Want.
Introduced only a year before Hot Wheels rolled into stores (1967), the Camaro seemed like a perfect fit to bear the specialty badges, paint scheme and detailing. Expected in dealerships by early next year after an appearance at SEMA, the package will include a Hot-Wheels style Kinetic Blue metallic paint job, red-lined wheels, front grille and stitching, a ZL1 style body kit and Hot Wheels badging galore. Available in both coupe and convertible, and V6 and V8, this special edition Camaro is $7,000 worth of nostalgia at your disposal. PHOTOS: See more of the Chevrolet Camaro Hot Wheels Edition
