Chevrolet has prepared yet another special edition, this time a Colorado Shoreline that comes with an array of modest cosmetic changes.
Calling it a special edition is a bit of a stretch as the Colorado Shoreline only brings visual tweaks, such as the black 18-inch wheels, body-colored front grille, and a black trim for the door handles. Customers are able to choose from Red Hot, Laser Blue, Summit White, and Silver Ice Metallic colors and all of them are combined with a black trim for the beltline and side mirror caps.
Rounding off the list of changes are the all-weather floor liners, a spray-in bedliner, and a one-year subscription to Sirius XM radio. Chevy is offering the Shoreline special edition only on the Colorado extended cab version in the LT trim and with either a 2WD or 4WD setup.
The Colorado Shoreline is just one of the many special editions launched by Chevy for the 2016 model year, joining the Colorado Trail Boss, and Midnight. Chevy says the Shoreline is targeting the heart of the midsize pickup truck segment, with California being by far the largest of them all as sales in Los Angeles are greater than the next two largest markets combined.
