MTM is about to rock the 2016 Geneva Motor Show with a hardcore Audi S8 dubbed “Talladega R.”

One of the most powerful fullsize sedans in the world, MTM’s S8 has been dressed in a camouflage livery and wears a custom aerodynamic kit which according to the tuner improves high-speed stability. The custom parts include a front spoiler with carbon inlets, new side sills, carbon rear diffuser, side mirror caps, and a rear spoiler. It sits on 22-inch Bimoto alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/30 ZR 22 tires backed by full size carbon ceramic brakes to match the added power.

Speaking of which, the biturbo 4.0-liter V8 engine is now capable of developing a massive 802 horsepower (590 kilowatts) at 6,000 rpm and 698 pound-feet (945 newton meters) of torque from 2,250 to 5,500 rpm. Power continues to be channeled to the quattro all-wheel-drive system with help from an eight-speed automatic transmission.

As a result of the added oomph, the Audi S8 by MTM is capable of hitting 62 miles (100 kilometers) per hour from a standstill in just 3.1 seconds while the 0-124 mph (0-200 kph) task is achieved in less than 10 seconds. MTM mentions the journey from 0 to 186 mph (300 kph) is completed in less than 29 seconds before the S8 Talladega R tops out at 217 mph (350 kph.)

Fitted with all the bells and whistles, MTM’s Audi S8 Talladega R costs $242,962 (€222,249.) Other goodies included in the package are the RS front sport seats with carbon seat covers, along with RS back seats and RS door panels. In addition, the kit encompasses the tuner’s honeycomb front grille while upon request the client can order a carbon engine cover.

The vehicle will be on display starting Tuesday at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It will share the spotlight with MTM's VW Amarok V8 Passion Desert Edition which also costs a very steep $217,514 (€199,143.)
