Ferrari has delivered the first F60 America to its owner at the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic in Florida.

Dressed in beautiful Blu Nart paint, the limited edition model pays tribute to Ferrari's 60th anniversary in the United States.

Originally introduced in 2014, the F60 America is it based on the F12 Berlinetta and draws inspiration from the 1967 275 GTS-4 NART.  As a result, the car features unique front and rear bumpers as well as a lightweight fabric roof that can be used at speeds up to 75 miles per hour.

Designers also installed two leather-wrapped roll bars with carbon fiber-trimmed flying buttresses.  Other notable highlights include five-spoke alloy wheels and special 60th anniversary badging on the front fenders.

Power is provided by a 6.3-liter V12 engine that produces 730 horsepower and 509 pound-feet of torque.  The engine is connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which enables the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 3.1 seconds.

Production is limited to ten units and all have been spoken for despite a hefty $2.5 million price tag.
