Koenigsegg dealer SuperVettura has an interesting car on sale for those willing to part with $1.5 million.

There are a lot of cars you can buy with that money, but only a few are as special as this CCX. It was built in 2008 and is now up for grabs with just the delivery mileage. This is obviously a rare opportunity to buy a pre-owned Koenigsegg signed by company founder Christian von Koenigsegg himself.

$1.5 million is certainly a lot of money, but recent history has shown the value of earlier CCXs has doubled in the last two years, so those looking for an investment should consider this particular example. However, we wish the future owner will use the CCX rather than keep it stored in a garage and sell it for a profit several years from now.

Taking into account it only has delivery mileage, there’s no point in talking about the car’s condition. UK-based SuperVettura mentions this is one of the few cars which can be legally imported and registered in United States.

As a reminder, the Koenigsegg CCX is powered by a supercharged 4.7-liter V8 engine pushing out 806 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 693 pound-feet of torque at 5,500 rpm. Output is channeled to the wheels through the latest short-shift manual gearbox. The hardware arrangement grants the CCX with a sprint to 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) in 3.2 seconds before topping out at more than 245 mph (395 kph).

This particular car features numerous clear carbon fiber parts, such as the splitter, rear wing, and the side splitters. It comes with a two-tone interior with leather and Alcantara, as well as a Sport Chrono instrument cluster, sat-nav, and a reversing camera.

Note: $1.5 million price (net for export market).
