Ferrari has used the Brussels Motor Show to introduce a customized California T created by the company's Tailor Made division.
Commissioned by Francorchamps Motors, the one-off model was designed to pay tribute to the 458 GT3 that won the Pro-Am Cup class at last year's 24 Hours of Spa. As a result, the model has a Rosso Corsa exterior with red, white, and blue racing stripes. The convertible also features yellow arrows on the door handles and special Argento Nürburgring wheels with yellow accents.
The interior pays homage to the race car as it features an Alcantara-wrapped dashboard, matte black carbon fiber trim, and Alcantara seats with "super-grippy" fabric inserts. The model also has black aluminum footwells and a special "24 Heures SPA Victoire PRO AM 2015" badge on the dashboard. Last but not least, there are special carpets which are constructed from a bullet-proof material called SuperFabric.
Like the standard model, this particular California T has a turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine that produces 553 horsepower and 557 pound-feet of torque. The engine is connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which enables the convertible to accelerate from 0-62 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds before hitting a top speed of 196 mph.
