Volvo Trucks has come up with some pretty memorable marketing stunts over the years - including having Jean-Claude Van Damme do the splits on two moving FM trucks and allowing a hamster to drive another FM truck - but their latest viral video is even more bonkers.
Dubbed "Look Who's Driving," the clip stars four-year-old Sophie Brown who is given the chance to drive a remote-controlled 18-tonne Volvo FMX 8x6 All-Wheel Drive truck on a specially constructed obstacle course. The results will undoubtedly bring a smile to your face as pure chaos ensues as Sophie crashes the truck into anything in her way. She even causes the truck to rollover when she gets distracted by a drone filming her.
The clip was created as part of the company's Live Test series which aims to show how capable and resilient the trucks are. As Volvo Trucks Brand Vice President Ricard Fritz said, "To show what the truck can do, we want to give it a real challenge. What test driver is more reckless than an unpredictable four-year-old?"
