After working on a six-wheeled Toyota Hilux, the aftermarket specialists at Overdrive are back with a highly-acclaimed Mercedes-Benz model of the 90s.

The beloved E60 AMG super sedan was built in a limited series of just 126 cars and this particular vehicle is a 1993MY. The car arrived at Overdrive in a great shape and the first order of business was to apply a fresh coat of paint. All of the rubber seals were replaced and the brakes are now coming from an S55 AMG (W220). Both the engine and the gearbox were in top notch condition and didn’t require any repairs.

The vehicle has covered a little over 100,000 km (62,140 miles) and features a refreshed interior cabin that remains true to the car’s original specification. There are some minor tweaks though as the dashboard is now covered in leather, while the headliner is wrapped in Alcantara. As a final touch, all of the mahogany trims have received a piano black treatment.

The guys from Overdrive were smart enough to know the E60 AMG is a pure beauty in stock configuration, which is why the revisions were kept down to a minimum.

On a related note, you probably remember our story from earlier this month about the Mercedes-Benz Museum selling classic cars. We talked about a mint condition 1994 E60 AMG Limited and now we checked the website again and discovered that it's no longer available. Only 12 of those were ever made and someone grabbed one driven for just 74,800 km (46,480 miles) for a cool €189,000.
