ABT Sportsline has decided to revisit an old friend as they have upgraded once again the Audi SQ5 high-performance diesel crossover.

Some of you will remember that earlier this year Audi introduced an SQ5 TDI plus that came with a power increase for the twin-turbo 3.0-liter TDI from 313 PS (230 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) to 340 PS (250 kW) and 700 Nm (517 lb-ft). ABT Sportsline already had a 360 PS & 700 Nm version at that point and now they are back with a second iteration of the upgrade package that brings a minor power boost to 365 PS (268 kW) and a tire-shredding 710 Nm (524 lb-ft) of torque.

There’s no word regarding the performance of this tuned variant, but the added punch certainly makes it quicker than the standard SQ5 TDI plus which needs 5.1 seconds for the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) task before topping out at an electronically-governed 155 mph (250 km/h).

Aside from infusing more power, ABT Sportsline can customize the SQ5 with a subtle aero body kit encompassing a custom front grille and skirt, fender extensions, door strip attachments and rear wing while various alloy wheel designs in sizes ranging from 20 to 22 inches are also on offer. At an additional cost, ABT can also throw in some wheel spacers, an adjustable suspension kit, as well as tailor made floor and trunk mats.
