The forthcoming Subaru Impreza Sedan Concept has been digitally imagined prior to its release at the Los Angeles Auto Show next week.

Subaru published a teaser of the concept’s side profile a couple of days ago and now independent artist Theophilus Chin has decided to show us what to expect from the real deal which will serve as a sneak preview for next year’s all-new Impreza that will come in both hatchback and sedan flavors. Based on the concepts and the most recent spy shots, the new Impreza look promising as the bodies will be much sleeker when compared to the outgoing models.

Both of them are expected to grow in size a little bit and as a consequence these will likely provide superior room inside the cabin, especially for the passengers sitting in the back. It will be a true all-new Impreza as it will ride on the fresh Subaru Global Platform (SGP) that will likely command a serious weight loss, despite the increased footprint.

Details concerning what will power the new and improved Impreza are scarce at the moment, but apparently Subaru is cooking up a new generation of frugal motors that will employ cylinder deactivation technology.

Hopefully we will learn more about what Subaru is planning to do with the Impreza once the Sedan Concept will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 17 during the first press day.
