Acura and Galpin Auto Sports have unveiled a customized 2016 ILX at SEMA.

Dressed in Sunburst Yellow paint, the sedan features a sporty body kit that includes a new front bumper, a front splitter and a rear diffuser.  The model also has a rear spoiler and Shark Gray accents that were created using a three stage candy paint process.  Last but not least, the model rides on 19-inch AVI wheels with a Matte Brushed Smoked finish.

The interior is largely untouched but it features Katzkin perforated leather seats and gold contrast stitching

Following its debut at SEMA, the model will be donated to the Ludacris Foundation which aims to help young people "live their dreams by uplifting families, communities and fostering economic development."

Acura also used the event to introduce Chris "Ludacris" Bridges' fully restored 1993 Legend that was featured on the cover of his 2015 album called Ludaversal. The restoration took about two months to complete and as part of the process it was equipped with a custom paint job, a high-performance braking system and 18-inch Rays wheels with Bridgestone Potenza High-Performance tires.  The car also has a Pioneer AVIC 8/ONEX sound system and a two-inch reduced ride height.
