The Alfa Romeo Giulia in its QV range-topping version has been spotted in the flesh in Italy.

We just can’t get enough of pictures depicting the Italian company’s new baby and this time we are sharing two photos taken just before the Auto-Moto d’Epoca event in Padova, Italy. What we’ve got here is the top of the tops QV variant in astounding red color.

We still don’t know all the details about the Giulia’s range, but the QV model has a 2.9-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder unit that delivers 510 PS and 600 Nm. The car sprints from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 307 km/h (191 mph). What’s more impressive, it takes 7:39 minutes for the Italian sedan to lap the famous Nurburgring.

Set to go on sale in Italy in the fourth quarter of this year, the Giulia QV will carry a starting price of around 79,000 EUR.
