SEMA is right around the corner so Chevrolet has released the first details about the Colorado and Silverado 1500 Red Line Series concepts.

Like the Camaro Red Line Series concept, the trucks feature an Enhanced Silver Metallic paint job, a Charcoal black roof and Satin Graphite mirror caps.

That's where the similarities end as the Colorado Red Line Series concept sports a rugged exterior with recovery hooks, plastic fender flares and 18-inch alloy wheels with Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude tires.  The truck also has side steps, black bowtie emblems, a sports exhaust system and an optimized air intake.

The Silverado 1500 Red Line Series concept, on the other hand, has red tow hooks, tinted taillights and 22-inch alloy wheels.  Other highlights include side steps, a cargo bed extender and a black chrome exhaust tip.  Rounding out the changes are a sports exhaust system, an optimized air intake and Brembo front brakes.
