Volvo has introduced several model updates for the new model year.

The range update is led by a new all-wheel drive variant for the T6 turbo petrol engine that will be available in 60 different model configurations. The Euro 6-compliant unit has 306 PS and 400 Nm of torque in the S60, V60 and XC60. In the range-topping XC90 it generates 320 PS and 400 Nm.

The Swedish company also says a new T2 powerplant will be offered on the S60 and V60 models that delivers 122 PS and 220 Nm of torque while also meeting Euro6 demands. On the diesel side there will be a new front-wheel drive D4 variant for the S60 and XC60 for Euro 3 diesel markets, delivering 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque.

Last but not least, Volvo’s Sensus interface receives updates across the product range in the form of an updated Sensus Navigation that includes real-time traffic information and free map updates.
