H&H Classics has announced plans to auction off a unique 1992 Ferrari F40.

H&H Classics has announced plans to auction off a unique 1992 Ferrari F40.

Built for Francis John Connolly, the model is believed to be the only factory authorized F40 to have its seats trimmed in Connolly leather.  The car also features a unique leather-wrapped fuse-box cover with the Connolly crest.

The car was primarily used for promotional purposes but H&H Classics said the Connollys also drove it on a number of business trips throughout Europe.

The model is in "top-notch condition" and has just 18,800 miles (30,255 km) on the odometer.  It is expected to sell for between £750,000 - £800,000 ($1.1 - $1.2 million).
