A proper track comparison between the LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder will be available next month, but until then we have a first teaser video out of a total of three.
There are plenty of videos on YouTube with the "Holy Trinity" as the supercar trio is known, but we are still waiting for a proper comparison between the three. It will finally happen in November as the guys from SCD managed to test the LaFerrari, P1 and 918 on the Silverstone track in UK. Behind the wheel of all three cars was BTCC driver Mat Jackson who put the high-powered hybrid supercars through their paces on the same day in identical track conditions, so the verdict will be as relevant as possible especially since all cars were stock.
If you are wondering how where they able to obtain access to all three cars, these belong to Paul Bailey who is one of the very few people out there to own the sold out supercars. The McLaren P1 was his first purchase and later on he drove it to a Ferrari dealership where he took delivery of the LaFerrari. He didn't head back home as together with his wife they drove to a Porsche dealer to get the 918 Spyder.
Two additional teaser videos will be out soon in anticipation of the full comparison video which will be launched in November.
