The upcoming Ferrari Dino base model has been virtually envisioned by TopSpeed.
We’ve heard Ferrari is working on a successor for the legendary Dino model and it could be ready for a launch later this decade. No exact date has been confirmed, but we are likely 2-3 years away from its premiere.
Wearing a starting price of 185,000 EUR (135,000 GBP), the model will be lighter and smaller than the 488 GTB and will be powered by a 2.9-liter V8 biturbo engine, based on the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV powerplant. The supercar will be offered in two power stages - with 450 bhp (336 kW) and 600 bhp (448 kW).
According to some rumors, Ferrari has already started testing the Dino, using 488 GTB mules. Prototypes with pre-production body are expected to hit the streets testing in at least 12 months from now.
