Jaguar has revealed the F-Pace crossover will offer an "unrivalled breadth of dynamic ability."
Set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the F-Pace will ride on the aluminum-intensive iQ[Al] platform and feature a double wishbone front suspension as well an Integral Link rear suspension. Jaguar says this will enable the model to be incredibly responsive and comfortable.
Speaking of responsiveness, Jaguar confirmed the F-Pace will have an electric power-assisted steering system that will allow the crossover to respond immediately to the slightest input while also providing incredible feedback. The model will also have a torque vectoring all-wheel drive system that promises to offer "outstanding agility in all weathers and on all surfaces."
According to Jaguar Chief Engineer of Vehicle Integrity Mike Cross, "We've tested ride and handling to the limit in all environments and in all conditions, and the result is that the new F-PACE is as engaging and rewarding to drive as it is comfortable and quiet. As soon as you get into the vehicle you know immediately that it's a good place to be."
