About a week ago we published a blurry photo with a heavily camouflaged prototype at an airport in Los Angeles and now it's back in the same location alongside a second vehicle. Chances are the cars traveled to United States to be privately shown at Pebble Beach and now they are back in Europe to continue testing.

The attached pics were taken at LAX and unfortunately there's not much to talk about in terms of design as the cars were packed with camo, but at least we can see that one of the prototypes has the rear wing deployed. It doesn't look all that different compared to the Veyron's arrangement, but it's too early to say taking into account this prototype probably didn't have all the production bits and pieces.

We remind you Bugatti has released an inconclusive teaser several days ago and most likely they were hinting at the Veyron replacement set to use the Chiron moniker, although this hasn't been confirmed. The hypercar has already been confirmed to employ a hybrid setup and is expected to use an upgraded W16 8.0-liter quad turbo pushing out 1,500 bhp (1,118 kW) thanks to e-turbo technology. The 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) task will allegedly take as little as 2 seconds and they are targeting a top speed of more than 280 mph (450 km/h).

Look for an official debut of the production car likely towards the end of next year, but a concept should debut in March 2016 at the Geneva Motor Show.
