The driver of a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta had to pull over after noticing flames coming from under the hood.

We all know Ferraris have the tendency to go up in flames but fires involving the F12 have so far been relatively rare. Now, a white example suddenly got very hot while being driven on the E5 highway in Turkey. The good news is the driver noticed the fire right away and managed to pull over and got out of the vehicle safe and sound.

He immediately called the fire squad and they arrived rapidly at the scene of the incident and managed to put out before the flames expanded to the rest of the car, so only the engine area had to suffer. Even though this Ferrari F12 suffered only engine damages from fire (and water), you can imagine the repair bill is going to be huge.
