BAC has quietly introduced the 2016 Mono.

Looking virtually identical to its predecessor, the 2016 Mono features a new 2.5-liter Mountune four-cylinder engine that produces 305 bhp (227 kW).  This is 25 bhp (18 kW) more than the previous 2.3-liter Cosworth engine which enabled the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds before hitting a top speed of 170 mph (273 km/h).

Besides the new engine, the 2016 Mono has been equipped with a drive-by-wire throttle as well as a custom steering wheel and seat that are tailor-made for the owner.

BAC declined to release say how fast the new Mono is but it managed to complete the Goodwood hill climb in as little as 47.9 seconds.
