Hennessey has introduced their new VelociRaptor SUV.

Based on the Ford F-250, the VelociRaptor SUV is essentially a modern-day Excursion as it eschews the truck bed for a SUV-inspired rear end.  The model also features an aggressive front bumper, a split tailgate and seating for up to eight people.

If the standard model isn't aggressive enough, options include auxiliary lights, an off-road suspension and an off-road tire and wheel package.  Customers can also order a rugged rear bumper and a Warn winch.

Power is provided by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that develops 411 bhp (306 kW).  However, Hennessey offers two supercharger packages which increase the output to 600 bhp (447 kW) and 650 bhp (484 kW).  The company also offers an optional 6.7-liter PowerStroke diesel engine that develops 440 bhp (328 kW) and 880 lb-ft (1,191 Nm) torque.

Pricing starts at $159,500 and the model takes about six months to build.
