Several spy photos of the Skoda Rapid Scout have emerged.
The Scout version of the Rapid Spaceback is making its spy debut with photos courtesy of autoforum.cz, showing a fully undisguised prototype on a parking lot, probably somewhere in the Czech Republic. This is actually the first time we hear about this model and it seems like the manufacturer is almost ready with the development work.
What we see is a white vehicle with full body plastic and aluminium cladding and black alloy wheels, typical for all Scout models. Also notable are the darkened headlights and fog lamps.
Currently there are no details about the Rapid Scout, but chances are it will be offered with front-wheel drive and a slightly higher clearance. According to differend rumors, it could be introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September with a range of familiar diesel and petrol units.
