The chances of seeing Abarth's scorpion badge on the Aegea are slim since it wouldn't make sense for a budget-oriented three-box sedan to spawn a higher performance version. Nevertheless, that hasn't stopped X-Tomi Design from Hungary to make the Aegea more aggressive by installing beefier bumpers, larger wheels, more prominent side skirts along with some side "Abarth" decals while the red body comes with a contrasting black roof and side mirror caps.

The most powerful Aegea will have 120 PS (88 kW) so a hypothetical Abarth version would develop at least 150 PS (110 kW) offered likely be the 1.4-liter MultiAir turbocharged gasoline engine from the Alfa Romeo Giulietta where it can also be had in a 170 PS (125 kW) version.

As a final note, Chrysler has already announced they will launch a 100 compact sedan due for the 2016MY and chances are it will essentially be a rebadged Aegea.
