A previous generation Porsche 911 GT3 (997) has received an in-depth upgrade kit from KAEGE.

Equipped with the optional Club Sport Package, this 911 GT3 of the previous generation has lost approximately 60 kg (132 lbs) thanks to a lighter exhaust system, new lithium-ion battery, RS rear window, single mass flywheel with Sachs sports clutch, along with an electric power steering pump while the navigation system has been removed. Weight has also decreased thanks to the new 19-inch ATS superlight rims shod in Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tires and there's also a custom KW Clubsport coilover setup.

Some of the changes have not only decreased weight, but also boosted output of the six-cylinder 3.6-liter engine by a total of 23 PS (17 kW) so the engine now delivers 438 PS (322 kW). KAEGE doesn't say how fast the car is, but rest assure it's quicker than the stock 997 GT3 which needs 4.3 seconds until 62 mph (100 km/h) and tops out at 193 mph (310 km/h).

They also made some changes inside the cabin where the lightweight seats have been wrapped in a retro-checkered fabric matched with a travel bag. As for the center console, rollover cage and other bits and pieces, these now have the same color as the body.
