The 2016 Mercedes C-Class Coupe has been spied wearing less camouflage than ever before.

Set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the redesigned coupe follows in the footsteps of the sedan and adopts a familiar front fascia with a single bar grille.  Bigger changes occur aft of the A-pillar as model features door-mounted mirrors, a sporty roofline and an upward sweeping shoulder line.  The coupe also features a dynamic rear end with slender taillights and an angled trunk with an integrated spoiler.

Engine options will carryover from the sedan, so expect an assortment of familiar petrol and diesel options including a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 241 bhp (179 kW) and a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 with 329 bhp (245 kW). There should also be a C63 AMG Coupe with a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that develops 470 bhp (350 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque.
