After last week's teaser, Kahn Design has published several digital sketches of their upcoming Vengeance.
It's based on the Aston Martin DB9 but adopts a retro-style wide body with "the silhouette of a sabretooth on the prowl.”" Kahn Design says they took their inspiration from AMs of the 80s and 90s and have applied a redesigned front grille together with a more aggressive rear end. Stock wheels had were replaced with custom 20-inch front and 21-inch rear roulette-style alloys while at the back it appears to have a dual exhaust system with crosshair tips.
Details about what powers the Vengeance are not available at this point, but most likely it will carry over the 6.0-liter V12 normally aspirated engine which in the DB9 pumps out 517 PS (380 kW) and 620 Nm (458 lb-ft), enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 4.6 seconds.
It's not just for show as the custom Aston Martin DB9 will actually go into limited production later this year in Coventry, UK at an undisclosed price tag, but it will likely be a lot more expensive than the £125,050 DB9.
