The Shelby GT350 has been photographed in the metal ahead of a market launch programmed for later this year.
Our friends at Autogespot.nl had the opportunity to meet with Ford's marketing department for a photo session with the brand new Shelby GT350 of which only 100 units will be built for the 2015 model year. Final specs are not available at this point, but we do know the V8 5.2-liter normally aspirated engine will push out more than 520 bhp (388 kW) and pricing is expected to begin at $52,995.
It looks properly aggressive and will be available with several optional goodies such as a tech package ($7,500), track package ($6,500), black roof ($695), triple yellow paint ($495) and those over the top stripes ($475). It will come as standard with HID headlights and 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped around in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
Stepping inside the cabin, the Shelby GT350 is getting a SYNC3 infotainment system, Recaro sport seats, rearview camera, aluminum instrument panel, leather/Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel and optional navigation system ($795).
All final details will be available soon as the 2015 Shelby GT350 is set to go on sale in the following months.
