Audi has released a rather peculiar promotional video for the RS3 Sportback which comes to life from an R8.
Audi has released a rather peculiar promotional video for the RS3 Sportback.
It's hard to find the right words to describe what is happening in the attached video, but Audi is probably trying to tell us the RS3 Sportback has a lot in common with its "mother", the R8. Automated robots take off the rear bumper of a first generation V10 facelift model to make room for the "baby" to come out.
The supercar's rear end starts stretching and the liftgate opens up high while the robots are spreading some type of liquid to ease the "birth" process. Gone is the car's 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine as instead we see a gluey RS3 Sportback coming out, but the robots take care of washing the new born "baby".
Is this the creepiest car ad ever?
