A new exterior body kit includes a new lower bumper grille with chromed intake scoops, body colored wheel arches, lower rocker claddings, and new bumpers which have been extended some 50 millimeters lower than the original design. Also, matching front and rear skid plates have also been lowered by approximately 50 millimeters, with fully enclosed exhaust pipes at the rear. for the Paris show car the rear skip plate and door side moldings are painted in a contrasting silver color for added effect. Lastly, the rear spoiler has been lengthened by around 100 millimeters, and 20-inch wheels are fitted with 255/35 ZR 20 tyres. The wheels are painted in bright 'Molten' silver, with a machined finish to the top surfaces of the spokes. All of these body kit features are expected to be made available in the first half of 2009.

Interior upgrades, only available in the top-of-the-range Kuga Titanium, features new color schemes combined with ultra-high quality leathers in contrasting colors and textures. The 'Individual' logo is embossed on the upper area of the seatback. Specifically for the Kuga Paris show car, all prominent interior trim parts such as the center console cladding, center stack surfaces and the boomerang-shaped interior door-pull handles are finished in a high-gloss 'Piano White' finish.
