Ford is celebrating Take Your Child to Work Day by unveiling the world's largest Hot Wheels loop.

Measuring more than 12 feet tall, the massive loop was created with the assistance of computer-aided design software which is normally used for designing cars.  The loop also has a plywood superstructure that is bolted together and holds the track in place.

The loop was installed in the three-story atrium of Ford's Research and Innovation Center in Dearborn, Michigan and the company says they were able to successfully get a Mustang Hot Wheels car to complete a loop.
