A brand new Ferrari FXX K was spotted on a public road in Maranello near the company's factory.

Several days ago we saw a white FXX K inside a building which looked a lot like the factory where the car is being produced. Now, a red example has been caught on camera near the same building and it appears to be a customer car featuring some protective tapes on some of the bits and pieces. It's one of the 40 cars being built by Ferrari and all of them have already been pre-sold for €2.5 million per car.

Described as a standalone model rather than a hardcore LaFerrari, the FXX K has a combined output of 1,050 PS (772 kW) and 900 Nm thanks to an uprated version of the 6.2-liter V12 naturally aspirated engine and a beefier KERS system. Interestingly, FXX K product marketing director Boari previously said an "Evo" version will likely happen in the future so expect even more power wrapped around in a lighter package compared to the regular FXX K which weighs around 1,255 kg (2,766 lbs).
