The four-time Rally World Champion Juha Kankkunen has set a new Guinness World Record for the highest speed ever recorded with a tractor.

He took a Valtra T234 tractor for the experiment and managed to go up to a speed of 130.165 km/h (80.88 mph) riding on the Nokian Hakkapeliitta TRI tires, described as “the first winter tire for tractors”.

Kankkunen set the record on February 19 on a snowy airport in Finland, but the video from it was released now. The pilot used a 2.3-km (1.43 miles) long track, which has a 50-meter long speed recording area.
