The Volkswagen Group has announced plans to 50 new and improved vehicles in 2015.

The company was coy on specifics but they will include a number of recently introduced models including the Audi Q7, Skoda Superb and Volkswagen Touran.  Volkswagen AG also confirmed plans for a new SEAT Ibiza and a redesigned Volkswagen T6.  There will also be a facelifted Porsche 911 and a new Porsche Boxster Spyder.

Volkswagen Chairman Prof. Dr. Martin Winterkorn also confirmed all of their models will have internet connectivity by 2020 as well as stating Audi and Volkswagen "... will be among the first to successfully market" automated driving technology.

The company went on to say they delivered 10.1 million vehicles last year and increased sales revenue by 2.8 percent to €202.5 ($215.3) billion.  Furthermore, they posted an operating profit of €12.7 ($13.5) billion in 2014.
