The Opel Mokka was introduced three years ago, so it comes as little surprise that the company is working on a minor facelift for the popular crossover.

Caught on the back of a truck, this camouflaged prototype suggests the model will have a new front fascia with a revised grille.  There doesn't appear to be any other changes but the production model is also expected to have a new rear bumper and modified taillights.

Little else is known about the facelifted model but it will reportedly have an upgraded interior with a revised dashboard.  We can also expect an improved infotainment system and updated upholstery.

Engine options remain unconfirmed but speculation suggests the crossover could be offered with a new three-cylinder engine.
