Lexus International Executive Vice President Mark Templin has revealed the company won't introduce an LFA successor anytime soon.
Speaking to Automotive News, Templin said "We don't have a plan for an LFA successor right now" but he hinted that we could see some "incredible things" in the future.
While Templin declined to elaborate, he revealed the LFA was far more radical and expensive than the company originally planned. As he explained, the car was envisioned to be a high-end coupe but the company kept making it better and better. He went on to say "We switched from steel to aluminum to carbon fiber. Everything kept changing. It became this real supercar."
