The oft-delayed Tesla Model X has been spied undergoing testing in California.
Caught by a YouTube user, the clip shows a heavily camouflaged prototype driving around the decommissioned Alameda Naval Air Station. Unfortunately, there isn't much to see as the video was shot at a long distance using an iPhone.
Tesla hasn't had much to say about the Model X lately but the company has previously stated the production model will be a seven seater that features falcon wing doors. It is slated to go into production later this year with a dual motor all-wheel drive system and "multiple battery and performance options."
